Complaint

In case of incorrect delivery or a claim, please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 10 days after receiving the item. Return the product in the same condition as it was received, along with a completed damage or defect report, and we will ensure you receive a fault-free or correct item.

NOTE! Before returning a defective or incorrectly delivered item, you must complete our claim form and submit it to us for approval.
